any problems with cahoot???

Autor Publicar

hi everyone,

anyone had any problems OPENING a cahoot credit card a/c? i am having a nightmare.
just to confirm, there’s no problems my end, (i have an excellent credit record / have a history of taking on and repaying debt / am on the electoral roll etc etc), but they have been just useless.
first they asked for several proofs of address / proof of employment / proof of ID and so on (which i’ve never been asked for before), but was happy to provide. all the original documentation was sent back to me and i was informed that all was in order and the card would be on the way pronto.
i hadn’t heard anything for 2 weeks so called up. told it would be looked into but no reply. called up again and same thing happened. emailed this time and no response to email. called (screamed and shouted), and was guaranteed it would be resolved.
was promised a callback and call finally came 2 hours after the time promised. apparantly i would need to ‘reapply’ (start again even though the application had been going on for 6 weeks at this point!), because there had been ‘some kind of problem’ their end!
told them this was not good enough and that they will sort it by close-of-business monday or i will be on the phone/email/turning up in person to see the director’s of the company.
they will ‘look into it’!
i’ve seen some bad customer service in my time, but i can honestly say that cahoot’s has been the worst. and i mean that -i’m not just saying that now because i’m angry. the call-centre seems to be staffed by kids, the team-leaders can barely string a sentence together and the managers (no doubt hiding behind a desk), obviously ain’t doing their jobs.
anyone got any advice on how to deal with a faceless organisation and a useless call-centre?

Please help.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet
